Athlete is our all around strength and conditioning programme. This will get you strong, fit and looking great! Perfect for all ability levels.


Barbell is a strength based session with a focus on Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting movements alongside accessory work. Great for anyone who wants to get STRONG!


Build is our functional bodybuilding style programme. We will use equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements to build all over strength with a focus on the core. Great for anyone starting out with strength training.


Mobility helps regain movement that has been lost from spending too much time slouched over a computer or sitting in a car. Give your body the gift of movement back and help avoid any future injuries.


Engine is our conditioning programme. Great for all abilities. Interval style work using row/ski/bike and running. Maybe even a few burpees!

Team WOD

Team WOD is our pair’s functional fitness programme. The most enjoyable and social session of the week. Work together in teams to push each other and have a lot of fun in the process. Maybe even follow it with a coffee and a chat afterwards!
