Is there parking at Wildcard Coventry?

Yes there are three separate parking facilities including the free car park on Payne’s lane (see map).

Do you sell supplements or food/drinks?

We have a full range of supplements for you to buy. FarGo Village also boasts many food vendors along with awesome shops to explore.

Can I just come in and see the place?

The first step is to book a ‘no sweat taster’. You can then book in to chat with a coach and have a look around!

Wildcard Programming

What do you do?

We offer several programs for group sessions at Wildcard alongside 1-2-1 personal training options, or a hybrid of both may suit you. Our programs are all strength and conditioning based and are guaranteed to get you fit, healthy and reach any goals you have.

Is it expensive?

We have a range of membership options that are tailored to your everyday life and will provide the results you desire. Contact us to find out more.

Is it dangerous?

With inexperienced coaches, shoddy equipment and the wrong attitude, Strength and Conditioning training can be very dangerous – but so can riding a bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven strength coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible. We take the responsibility of your health and fitness seriously, as a team we work very hard to deliver strength and conditioning correctly and safely.

What is a WOD?

A WOD stands for Workout of the day.

Do you take drop ins?

We do accept drop ins (experienced individuals only).

Do you do personal training?

We would love to work with you on a one-to-one basis and believe that it is the most efficient way to achieve your goals. Our Wildcard ID does just this.


Do you have IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) approved equipment?

Yes, we have a fully IPF approved Rogue power bar and calibrated plates. This means you’re able to train with the same equipment you will use in competition for Powerlifting.

Do you offer facilities for equipped powerlifting?

Yes, for squatting we offer 2 monolift attachments in our power racks, so you can train more efficiently.

Do you offer powerlifting coaching and/or programming?

Yes, we are able to offer a personal trainer and a programme so you’re able to get the most out of your training.
